How protective are Velvet Caviar cases?
Our cases are designed with a balance of style and protection. Most styles feature a 360-degree raised bumper and FirmFlex technology to protect your screen and camera from drops up to 8 feet.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all phone cases and electronic accessories. This covers any manufacturing defects or significant print fading under normal use.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Are your cases compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe?
Most of our modern case designs are compatible with wireless charging. We also offer a specific MagSafe collection that includes built-in magnets for a secure connection with MagSafe accessories.
