We want you to love your Velvet Caviar tech accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover shipping and handling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your electronics.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original protective film and tags are still intact.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the device or case for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
